Reserve a Meeting Room

The Woods Memorial Library offers the public use of its meeting rooms in keeping with the Library’s mission to provide a welcoming community center to the Town of Barre, while serving as a resource for knowledge, information, education and technology.

Prior to submitting a meeting room request, please review our Meeting Room Use Policy.

 
The Carroll-Healy RoomLocated adjacent to the children’s room on the ground floor. The Carroll-Healy Room can accommodate up to 8 attendees. Can be used for small gatherings, as well as tutoring and quiet study space.

The Multipurpose RoomLocated adjacent to the children’s room on the ground floor. The Multipurpose Room can accommodate up to 20 attendees. Can be used for small gatherings, and is used regularly for library programs for patrons of all ages.

The Multipurpose Room

Located adjacent to the children’s room on the ground floor. The Multipurpose Room can accommodate up to 20 attendees. Can be used for small gatherings, and is used regularly for library programs for patrons of all ages.

Allen Hall

Located on the top floor of the library. Allen Hall can hold a maximum of 80 people. Can be used for large gatherings and is often used for lecture-based library programs.
