READ, RENEW, REPEAT:
Summer Reading for All Ages

CHILDREN

How it works:

Stop by the library to register for summer reading. We’ll take down your name, age, and contact information. You’ll receive a starter kit filled with reading logs, a pencil, a Davis Farmland coupon, and more. Pick out a lollipop (while supplies last), and get your first ticket for our prize drawing!

Pledge to read (or be read to!) throughout the summer. Come back to the library each week to check in, earn weekly incentives for hitting your goals, and earn another raffle ticket.

Have fun, have a great summer, and have a great time reading! We look forward to seeing everyone at the library!

TEENS

How it works:

Read what you want, when you want, as much as you want! Earn a ticket for each book you read and enter to win one of three great prizes! Enter in the Young Adult section on the main floor. Visit the YA section on the main floor to enter.

ADULTS

How it works:

Earn 1 ticket for each book you check out for your chance to win a great prize!

When you borrow a book, audiobook, or magazine, stop by the main desk at the library and get a ticket for each — and yes, ebooks and audiobooks count! Fill out the ticket with your name and phone number for a chance to win a prize. The prize table is set near the elevator on the main floor. Tickets will be pulled on August 6th and winners will be contacted that week.
